1970s Ovation Model 6464 Amplifier


Early 1970s Ovation amp (part of the CAT II System) features 100 watts with 2 12" speakers. Unique vertical design combo amp from company known for its acoustic guitars. Ovation did make a number of solid body electrics in the '70s and of course needed amplifiers to go along with them. 


This amp is in GOOD CONDITION with a good deal of honest wear. Everything works. The speakers in the amp are replacements. The owners installed them and boxed up the originals. We have the originals (they work fine) but have left the replacement speakers in the amp. A cool vintage amp that sounds and looks good! Oh--by the way...someone along the way put the Corvette sticker on the front panel--it looked so cool we decided to leave it there!
