Jupiter 854L Series Detachable Bell Double Horn
The Jupiter 854L Series Detachable Bell Double Horn is a portable, easy to transport French Horn. In keeping with the Jupiter brand, this horn has machine-made components that are carefully hand-assembled by skilled craftsmen. The superior technology developed by Jupiter is evident in this horn. Like all Jupiter instruments, this horn has hand-seated pads and hand-lapped valves and tuning slide. The keys are also hand-aligned. The 854L is a portable, compact horn with a .472? bore and a detachable 11.9? bell. It features a Geyer wrap and a rose brass leadpipe for a focused, rich tone. Excellent action is achieved by the tapered rotary valves and mechanical linkage. Hand-applied lacquer finish completes the Jupiter 854L Series Detachable Bell Double Horn. Mouthpiece and wood frame case are included.
